From organising corporate events and adorning beautiful spaces to sourcing the most stunning gifts and innovative branding options, I love seeing the joyous faces of both the givers and receivers of our gifts. It doesn't get better than this.

I'm all about finding the calm in the chaos … I am known at the office as the voice of reason. Keeping my clients happy and thinking of their business as if it were my own is the most important thing. When my clients say, "she gets me and she’s got this!" then I know I've done my job well!

HISTORY

In 1999 Sandra started booking training and conference venues for corporates. Her first big client was The Foschini Group. Getting everything done herself, she operated from home for a few years, before hiring some amazing helpers as the business grew rapidly! After another four years, the team needed a proper office and moved to the Vineyard Office Estate in Dorp Street.  

It wasn't long before we became a team of four and began executing major events for corporates like Metropolitan Health Group, RCS, Appletiser, Distell, and Mediclinic. Functions ranged from long service awards to product launches, year-end parties, corporate family days, and even sports days! Our events enthralled anywhere from 600 to 1200 guests.  

During this time the team engaged in full-on turnkey event management while also sourcing gifts and goodie bags that had to be packed with amazing things (even Christmas gifts for Metropolitan Kiddies year-end functions for a few years)! Sandra realised that she loved sourcing gifts to make people smile and remind them of the special times in their lives. Gifts were definitely her thing!

We decided to diversify our services to add a full gifting service solution; in 2008 Complete Gifts was born! We switched focus and grew from strength to strength, still running with a small core team. We executed huge campaigns for clients like Shoprite Checkers, Lipco Law for All, and Lewis. This often entailed sourcing from China, and packaging and distributing nationally.

Our growth is due to the fact that we never compromise on our service levels and always have our clients' best interests at heart. We strive to find the best solution for the brief we get. It says a lot that our very first client in 1999 - The Foschini Group - is still one of our biggest clients today!

We can't wait to see what we achieve in the next 20 years!
